The thought and planning with great attention to detail that have gone into this new waterfront facility is truly exceptional. We invite you to view the granite lobby and dance floors, beautiful large crystal chandeliers, spectacular traditional styled oversized windows, high barreled ceilings, fireplaces, warm color hues and many other fine appointments. Outside, the grounds feature grand covered patios for ceremonies, and wonderful picturesque views of the beautiful Farmington River a mere 100 feet away. THE RIVERVIEW began hosting elegant events in May of 2008. We are one of four facilities in the Elegant Banquet family; our three other Connecticut venues include THE FOX HILL INN, which opened in 1986, THE CANDLEWOOD INN, which opened in 1997, and THE WATERVIEW, which opened in 2004. While each facility has its own distinct and sophisticated design, the commitment by management and staff to meet your highest level of quality is our standard at every location.
